About Velocity

We exist to make migration work for people.

Velocity was born from a simple observation: Germany needs healthcare workers, Africa has highly qualified and motivated healthcare professionals, and the gap between them is mostly language — and the lack of a structured, ethical pathway to close it.

We’re building that pathway — one learner, one placement, one partnership at a time.

Our Mission

Connecting African healthcare talent with German opportunity — ethically, at scale, and with dignity.

Our Values

How we work, every day.

Ethical Migration

We work only with RAL-certified placement partners that hold the Fair Recruitment Care Germany quality seal.

Impact-first

Every cohort, partner, and dollar is measured against real placement outcomes — not vanity metrics.

Scalable

Online delivery, AI-assisted teaching, and a lean ops model that compounds across countries and cohorts.

Data-driven

Decisions on cohort structure, fees and pathway design come from learner-outcome data — not assumption.

The Team

Meet the team.

A cross-continental team with roots in Kenya, Germany, and beyond — united by the belief that migration should create dignity, not exploit it.

Our Story

Why Velocity exists.

01

The Problem

Germany faces a structural healthcare staffing crisis. By 2030, there will be a shortage of over 500,000 healthcare workers. Meanwhile, Africa trains thousands of qualified nurses, physiotherapists, and healthcare technologists who have limited local career opportunities proportional to their skills.

02

The Gap

The main barrier isn’t qualification — it’s language and pathway. German healthcare requires B2-level German. Most African healthcare workers have no structured, affordable way to reach that level while still working. And even those who achieve it often have no clear route to the employers who need them.

03

The Solution

Velocity provides the full journey — structured AI-assisted German language training designed for healthcare professionals, cohort-based learning that fits around work schedules, and direct placement-partner matching once learners are ready. We handle everything between “I want to go to Germany” and “I have an offer letter.”
